With titled land now selling, eligible buyers can take advantage of State and new Federal Grants to begin their homeowner journey at The Banks.

The Federal Government announced the Homebuilder program will be extended to the 31st March 2021.

New build contracts signed prior to the December deadline will still be eligible for the $25,000* existing grant. Contracts signed between 1st January and 31^st March 2021 will be eligible for a $15,000* grant. The incentives increase up to $30,000* plus stamp duty concessions for first home buyers, as the Federal Home Builder grants can be used in conjunction with the Queensland Governments $15,000* First Homeowners Grant.
